Google Chrome is one of the most developed browsers Internet destinations worldwide. Two years ago, it had its premiere of the first edition of the browser, and is currently available isthe eighth, but this is only an early test release. Stable version of Chrome is still six. In the eighth version of Chrome producer puts on full hardware acceleration – is a response to “ridicule” from Microsoft.

Microsoft made Internet Explorer 9 Beta for all concerned. Microsoft did not hesitate to boast about the fact that it will be the only browser on the market with full support for hardware acceleration.
Why does Internet Explorer 9 will not work in Windows XP? Google released a test version with a Chrome 8.0.552.0. The Developer version App support accelerated graphics card (GPU), but for now we cannot count on the full use of the technology (and even the default is off), because they are elements that should and are not yet supported by the Chrome 8. Browser uses WebGL support for 3D and it is possible to handle in its shop Internet called Chrome Web Store.
Note: To turn on hardware acceleration in Google Chrome 8 should be entered in the address field about: labs and then click on Enable in GPU Accelerated 2D Canvas.
